SOME TIPS FOR THE TRAINEES

1.Totally it will take 3 to 4 hours to reach PTC Madurai from Tiruchy. There are frequent number of buses plying from Tiruchy central bus stand. You have to travel 2to 2.30 hrs to reach madurai Mattuthavani bus stand. From there you have go by town bus to PERIYAR BUS STAND, for this you need atleast 30 minutes.O pposite to periyar there is a small bus stand from where you can catch the town bus to reach PTC.It will take another30 minutes.   kariapatti.and madurai airport town buses will stop at ptc.bus stop name; PEUNGUDI/PTC
 please plan your travel in such a way that you well in advance reach the training centre.

2.BOARDING AND LODGING WILL BE PROVIDED AT PTC.SO DONT WORRY ABOUT YOUR STAY.FOOD ETC. THERE IS SEPERATE HOSTEL FOR LADIES.
3.you have to pay advance and finally settle the mess bills be prepared for that.
Dont worry about anything.you will never forget the training days in your life.Attend the classes sincerly.Chat with your friends.Have small trips to temples and historical places.Visit our unoin and department websites.

Revised Pattern and Syllabus for Inspector of Post examination

Revised Pattern and Syllabus for Limited Department Competitive Examination for the post of Inspector is as under, The examination will be held without the aid of books. The date for holding of the Examination will be communicated separately.
